I am a Senior Consultant within Menzies People Solutions team. I provide HR advice and support to our SME clients to ensure they get the best out of their most important asset ‘their people’, helping them to improve productivity which in turn leads to enhanced business performance.
I support across all HR disciplines including Recruitment, Reward, Learning and Development and complex Employee relations.
I have extensive experience in HR having helped transform companies of different sizes and sectors ranging from micro-SMEs to large FT250 and Fortune 500 organisations.
What brings me joy at work is helping our clients solve their people issues so that they can get on with running a successful business. Outside work, I have quite a number of interests. I have a passion for languages, as a previous language teacher, I love to travel and get in with the locals, love good food, a good laugh, spending time with friends and family, basically living life fullest!
