I have worked within the Menzies Deal Advisory team since 2019, primarily advising and supporting clients with company disposals, acquisitions and Management Buy-Outs (MBOs). I trained within Menzies Deal Advisory, qualifying as an ACA chartered accountant, and have since gained CFQ (Corporate Finance Qualification) accreditation.
Whether the client is looking to sell their business, implement an MBO or needs support with fundraising, I work with them to maximise value and make the process as smooth as possible.
Assisting clients in reaching their goals is a fulfilling experience for me. Whether it involves guiding a business through a transition to new ownership or facilitating a client’s pursuit of personal objectives while realising their investment in the business, I take pride in helping my clients achieve their aspirations.
We are sector agnostic within the Menzies Deal Advisory team, generally working within a deal range of £3m to £75m. I enjoy being able to experience a wide range of transactions – working across different industries with different personalities, this ensures no two days are the same.
Outside of work I hold a season ticket at Aston Villa and enjoy following them up and down the country.
