I am a Senior Manager in the Business Recovery team at Menzies LLP, with over 15 years of insolvency experience, including five years of which was spent working in Australia. I have a Law and Business Administration degree and hold my CPI qualification.
Prior to joining Menzies in 2016, I worked at other mid-sized restructuring firms in London and Sydney, where along with working on day-to-day insolvency matters, including both trading and pre-pack administrations, Individual Voluntary Arrangements and Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidations, I gained experience in drafting Independent Business Reviews, finance raising, investment management, and Crown Services.
Throughout my career I have worked on a variety of corporate and personal insolvency cases, across a range of sectors including property, technology, and retail. Stand out cases include an Administration with a £35M asset sale, the early completion of a retail Creditors Voluntary Arrangement with a higher than forecast return to creditors, and the drafting of a solvency report to seek recovery of preference tax payments of circa £100k.
